Delta TM draws up the project for the new Decathlon in Ondara
The Delta TM team, made up of Oscar Cholbi as project editor and project manager, Sara Miravet as collaborating architect, Sergio Frau, draftsman and Aurelio Mengual, as manager; He has been responsible for the creation of the first Decathlon of the Marina Alta.
Guillermo Cardona Mas, technical architect of Cano Puigcerver y Asociados , has collaborated with us as Director of execution of the work and GMD engineering reference of the French brand.
The work, promoted by the local company Vibroaspre, has lasted 7 months and has been executed by the construction company Blauverd .
The warehouse has a surface area of 2,400 m², which is considered medium in size, as it is designed to cover the area between the stores in Gandía and Benidorm.
Our team has been present since the beginning of the idea, taking care of all the previous procedures related to the plot, both administrative and technical, from the grouping of plots of the block to the drafting of a Detail Study prior to the project.
Delta TM has been in charge of drafting the project, always keeping in mind the standards of the Decathlon brand and the management of the relevant licenses.
It is always the developer who chooses the builder, but from Delta TM we facilitate the project to the companies that are going to bid and we receive their offers. We manage the budgets presented through a comparison of prices and qualities offered and we write a report to the property so that in their choice they can take into account all the factors.
Oscar Cholbi as person in charge of the direction of the work, and Guillermo Cardona as director of execution of the work, have verified that, at all times, the technical specifications that appear in the project are met.
Decathlon’s work is a clear example that at Delta TM we accompany our clients all the way, from the analysis of your needs, until you can enjoy the result.
